It's slower and more meditative with longer holds in postures, giving you space to turn inward and tune into both your mind and the physical sensations of your body. Every Month Jennifer will host a LIVE Full or New Moon Meditation & movement session. These Live events are included in the Pure Flow Monthly Membership. Register for the Zoom link and enjoy an enlightening and casual opportunity to center and flow.
This will be a soft flow class where we will practice moon salutation on the full moon followed by a guided meditation.
Remote Biofeedback Sessions are an amazing holistic approach to health addressing the stressors in the body and the interconnectedness of our physical, mental, emotional and spiritual needs. How do you detect stress in the body? Biofeedback! Jennifer uses a high-tech bio-feedback system that is an effective and accurate science based approach to communicate with your body. The device can detect what is a stressor in the body which could be physical or emotional and then offer balancing and stress reduction in a session. BioFeedback is an effective and accurate way to communicate with the body.
